You can return alarms which are still in their sealed pack to the above address within two months of purchase. We do not accept the DVD. Please include the name, address and phone number used to purchase the item.
The refund will be made to the credit card you used to purchase the alarm. If you no longer have the card then a bank account number will be needed.
Kit – Alarm Refund
If you purchased the alarm with the DVD you can return the alarm to us within two months for a refund if the bedwetting resolves with the initial steps on the DVD. The alarm must still be in the sealed plastic pack. You will pay for the DVD + a $10 processing fee. The balance will be refunded.
Overlays, Bedwetting Alarms, Quilt Covers
Due to health regulations we are unable to refund on waterproof overlays and bedding and bedwetting alarms that have been opened.
Refunds do not include the postage and handling fee. Refunds will be processed within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

Alarms have a 6 or 12 month. Alarm mats have a three month warranty. Malem mats have no warranty. Malem do not offer a warranty on their sensors, however we will try and help you with a suitable replacement sensor. The warranty is providing alarms have been used under normal conditions. This does not include a trip through the washing machine!
