Privacy policy

We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access to information is restricted to those whose job purpose requires access. We require them to maintain the confidentially of customer information. Customer details and shipping addresses are collected for the purposes of supplying goods to customers and providing after–sales service. Under no circumstances do we divulge any customer′s personal information obtained via our website or by phone or mail to any third party not directly involved in processing your order.

Orders made using our website are processed using industry–standard secure encryption. Payment is transferred directly into our bank and we will not store your credit card number.

Terms and conditions

All prices on this site are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Goods are dispatched within seven working days of receipt of your order. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, your order may be delayed. We will contact you if this is the case.

Refund policy

Kit – Alarm Refund
If you purchased the alarm as part of the Kit you can return the alarm to us within six months for a refund if the bedwetting resolves with the initial steps on the DVD. The alarm must still be in the sealed plastic pack. You will pay for the DVD + $10 postage if order is reduced to less than $157 + a $10 processing fee. The balance will be refunded.

90% Improvement  Guarantee
If you do not have at least 90% improvement within six months using the DVD and alarm just let us know what happened by email or post or and you will only be charged for the Alarm and overlays if applicable. You don′t even have to send the DVD back. (We are unable to accept returns on alarms or bedding products for health reasons.)

Overlays, Bedwetting Alarms, Quilt Covers
Due to health regulations we are unable to refund on waterproof overlays, quilt protectors and bedwetting alarms that have been opened.

Refunds do not include the postage and handling fee. Refunds will be processed within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

When returning products please enclose your details, including name, address, receipt number or date ordered and a contact telephone number.

You are advised to return your product by registered post as we will not be responsible for items that are lost.

Faulty goods

Please contact us in the event of faulty goods and we will arrange for a replacement or repair. For queries regarding faulty goods please phone 1300135 796 or email info@bedwettinginstitute.com.au

When returning products please enclose your details, including name, address, receipt number or date ordered and a contact telephone number. Please give details of the fault. Alarms have a 12 month warranty providing they have been used under normal conditions. This does not include a trip through the washing machine.
